Corrects improper statutory references throughout North Dakota Century Code, including changing section 10-19.1-124 to 10-19.1-127 in corporate law provisions.

Replaces "secretary-treasurer" with "executive director" in sections governing the medical board (sections 43-17-06, 43-17-14, 43-17-17, 43-17-24, 43-17-25, and 43-17-30).

Removes reference to "North Dakota educational technology council" from school district technology requirements in section 15.1-07-33 and clarifies that information technology department administers student information systems.

Repeals section 61-03-05.1 of the North Dakota Century Code as obsolete.

Makes technical corrections to sections governing environmental law review fund, disease testing of imprisoned individuals, birth and death information access, tax distribution procedures, and water permit fee disposition.
