Legislative management shall continue the 2019-20 interim study of access to public and private lands for hunting, trapping, fishing, and related issues during the 2021-22 interim.

The study must evaluate the electronic land access database and application developed in 2019-20 and expand it to all counties in North Dakota.

A committee of 9 voting members shall be appointed: 2 agriculture landowner representatives, 2 sportsmen organization representatives, and 5 legislative assembly members (including majority and minority party members from both chambers, with one chair).

Committee includes 5 nonvoting members: representatives from the North Dakota association of counties, agriculture commissioner, game and fish department director, chief information officer, and state's attorneys' association.

Legislative management shall report findings and recommendations to the sixty-eighth legislative assembly, including any required legislation to implement recommendations.
