Amends section 9-15.2-13 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding prohibited conduct by athlete agents under the Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act

Prohibits athlete agents from providing materially false or misleading information to student-athletes or their parents/guardians, furnishing anything of value before contract entry, or giving value to individuals other than the athlete or registered agents

Prohibits unregistered agents from initiating contact with student-athletes or parents/guardians to recruit or solicit them into agency contracts

Requires agents to notify athletic directors within 72 hours of providing anything of value that may result in loss of athlete eligibility and obtain written acknowledgment from the athlete or parent/guardian

Prohibits agents from failing to create/retain records, failing to register when required, providing false registration information, predating/postdating contracts, or failing to notify athletes that signing may result in loss of eligibility
