Amends section 4.1-27-19 of the North Dakota Century Code to modify grounds for refusing or revoking a livestock auction market license to reference sections 4.1-83-10, 4.1-83-19 instead of provisions related to wool dealers.

Removes references to wool dealer licensing provisions (4.1-88-09 and 4.1-88-18) from the livestock auction market license revocation section.

Updates bond default procedures for livestock auction market licensees to reference only sections 4.1-83-21 through 4.1-83-28, removing references to wool dealer procedures.

Repeals chapter 4.1-88 of the North Dakota Century Code in its entirety, eliminating all wool dealer licensing and regulation requirements.

Passed the Senate 47-0 and the House 93-0 with one absent.
