• Amends North Dakota chiropractic licensing laws to modernize definitions and add telehealth as a recognized practice method for chiropractors.

• Establishes certification for "certified chiropractic clinical assistants" who may perform basic health care duties under direct supervision of a licensed chiropractor, with renewal fees not exceeding $100 annually and three hours of continuing education every two years.

• Revises board appointment structure so every fifth year the governor appoints a doctor of chiropractic and a certified chiropractic clinical assistant, and one year later appoints a doctor of chiropractic and a consumer member.

• Changes licensure requirements to accept national board examination results and requires four board members (instead of three) to constitute a quorum for voting on license approvals.

• Repeals outdated examination sections 43-06-10 and 43-06-12 and consolidates disciplinary procedures with clarifications on moral turpitude charges.
