For physicians: loan repayment capped at $20,000 per year and $100,000 over five years, with matching funds equal to 50% of the repayment amount.

For clinical psychologists: loan repayment capped at $12,000 per year and $60,000 over five years, with matching funds equal to 25% of the repayment amount.

For advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants: loan repayment capped at $4,000 per year and $20,000 over five years, with matching funds equal to 10% of the repayment amount.

Expands behavioral health professionals to include licensed addiction counselors, licensed professional counselors, licensed social workers, registered nurses, specialty practice registered nurses, and licensed behavior analysts, with loan repayment capped at $4,000 per year and $20,000 over five years with 10% matching funds.
