Amends section 10-33-75 of the North Dakota Century Code to allow nonprofit corporation member meetings to be held entirely by remote communication if notice is given to all voting members and a quorum is present.

Permits members not physically present at regular or special meetings to participate remotely at a designated meeting location.

Changes authorization standard from "to the extent authorized" to "unless otherwise provided by the articles or bylaws," giving organizations greater flexibility to restrict remote participation if they choose.

Passed the North Dakota Senate with a vote of 47-0 and the House with a vote of 90-4.

Declared an emergency measure.
