Amends North Dakota Century Code sections 50-25.1-03 and 50-25.2-03 to modify mandatory reporting requirements for child abuse and vulnerable adult abuse or neglect.

Adds new requirement that any person with knowledge of child sexual abuse images discovered on a workplace computer must report to the department.

Requires law enforcement agencies to immediately notify the department upon receipt of abuse or neglect reports from vulnerable adult reporters.

Maintains existing exemption for clergy members when knowledge is derived from spiritual adviser capacity for both child and vulnerable adult reporting.

Clarifies reporting methods and required information for mandatory reporters and voluntary reporters regarding vulnerable adults and children.
