Adds a new exception to North Dakota Century Code section 15.1-09-34 subsection 1 exempting building materials from notice and bidding requirements.

Exception applies to building materials required for district students enrolled in home construction courses that create projects sold on the open market.

Revenue generated from sales of student-built home construction projects must be used to cover the cost of building materials for the course.
