Amends North Dakota Century Code section 47-10-02.1 to modify property disclosure requirements for residential dwelling sales involving real estate brokers.

Requires sellers to prepare and make available a written disclosure form (established by the North Dakota real estate commission) before final acceptance of purchase agreement, disclosing all material facts that could adversely affect the property's use and enjoyment.

Expands disclosure requirements to apply to residential properties with no more than four units being sold or exchanged by the owner, whether or not a real estate broker is involved in the transaction.

Requires real estate brokerage firms to retain a copy of the completed and signed disclosure form following the sale, exchange, or purchase of real property.

Exempts 9 categories of transactions from disclosure requirements, including court-ordered sales, government agency transfers, foreclosures, family transfers, and newly constructed properties with no previous occupancy.
