Amends subsection 5 of section 24-05-01 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding county road and bridge fund management.

County treasurer retains and deposits county share of tax and any proceeds totaling less than twenty dollars collected on property within cities into the county road and bridge fund.

Proceeds must be expended for highway improvement under direction of the board of county commissioners and excludes state intergovernmental transfers and allocations from section 54-27-19.

Any unobligated balance in the county special road fund, farm to market and federal aid roads fund, reserve road and bridge fund, and county road fund on or after August 1, 2015, must be transferred to the county road and bridge fund and those funds closed out.
