Amends North Dakota Century Code section 43-58-08 to expand the scope of practice for naturopaths, adding a new subsection 3 that authorizes naturopaths to prescribe, dispense, administer, and procure drugs and medical devices within defined limits.

Allows naturopaths to prescribe and dispense all legend drugs except Schedule I through V controlled substances, with the exception of testosterone which may be prescribed.

Permits naturopaths to plan and initiate therapeutic regimens including ordering nonpharmacological interventions such as durable medical equipment, nutrition, blood products, and diagnostic support services including home health care, hospice, and physical and occupational therapy.

Authorizes naturopaths to perform or order diagnostic procedures including physical examinations, ultrasound, phlebotomy, clinical laboratory tests, physiological function tests, and other noninvasive diagnostic procedures commonly used by physicians in general practice.

Maintains existing prohibitions on naturopaths administering ionizing radioactive substances, performing surgery, or holding themselves out as a primary care provider or licensed health care professional in other fields.
