Amends North Dakota Century Code section 44-04-18.3 to make home addresses of law enforcement officers, prosecutors, judges, and correctional employees confidential only upon written request to the records custodian.

Home addresses included in geographic information systems, property title records, or tax parcel data require an individual or their employer to submit a written confidentiality request, which remains valid for the remainder of the calendar year and must be renewed annually.

Telephone numbers and home addresses of prosecutors, judges, juvenile court directors, probation officers, law enforcement employees, and correctional facility employees remain confidential under existing law.

Maintains confidentiality protections for undercover law enforcement officer identities and confidential informant information.

Confirms law enforcement work schedules are exempt from confidentiality requirements.
