Legislative management shall conduct a study during the 2021-22 interim examining the memberships of the board of university and school lands and the industrial commission.

Study must evaluate potential conflicts of interest related to these board memberships.

Study must consider possible changes to the composition of both boards and potential amendments to article IX of the North Dakota Constitution.

Legislative management shall report findings, recommendations, and any required implementing legislation to the sixty-eighth legislative assembly.
