Amends North Dakota Century Code Section 43-01-18 to regulate maximum fees that abstracters may charge for preparing and certifying abstracts.

Abstracters may charge $15 per entry on an abstract or continuation of an entry.

Abstracters may charge $150 for complete certification covering records of several county offices.

Abstracters may charge $10 per name searched for judgments, real estate taxes, bankruptcy proceedings, federal tax liens, and state tax liens, plus any fees charged by governmental agencies.

Fees charged for surface entry on an easement must be charged to the person owning the easement.
