Amends North Dakota Century Code section 19-03.4-08 to regulate retail sales of scheduled listed chemical products containing ephedrine base, pseudoephedrine base, and phenylpropanolamine base

Limits package sales to a maximum of 2.4 grams total of scheduled listed chemical products per transaction

Requires products to be sold in blister packs containing no more than two dosage units per blister, or in unit dose packets or pouches when blister packs are technically infeasible

Passed with unanimous support: 47-0 in Senate and 94-0 in House
