Amends North Dakota Century Code section 39-01-01 to redefine "authorized emergency vehicles" into three classes (Class A, B, and C) with specific vehicle types and operators listed for each.

Class A vehicles include government fire department vehicles, police vehicles, ambulances, game and fish department vehicles, railroad police vehicles, and vehicles operated by search and rescue personnel during emergency operations.

Class B vehicles include wreckers and other emergency vehicles authorized by local authorities.

Class C vehicles include those used by homeland security, volunteer firefighters, emergency medical services personnel, and volunteer search and rescue personnel performing emergency operations upon request of a state entity or political subdivision.
