Prohibits school districts and public schools from including instruction relating to critical race theory in any portion of required or other curriculum offered by the district or school.

Requires all curriculum instruction to be factual, objective, and aligned to kindergarten through grade twelve state content standards.

Defines "critical race theory" for purposes of this section as the theory that racism is systemically embedded in American society and the American legal system to facilitate racial inequality, rather than merely the product of learned individual bias or prejudice.

Authorizes the superintendent of public instruction to adopt rules governing implementation of this section.

Becomes effective upon filing with the secretary of state.
