Allows North Dakota state agencies to post biennial reports on their websites instead of printing and distributing physical copies.

Agencies may post required biennial report materials on their website by the deadline specified in existing law and must maintain the posted materials until the next biennial report is published or printed copies are delivered.

Agencies that elect to post reports online must transmit the report contents in electronic form to the state archivist in the format and manner determined by the director of the state historical society.
