Commissioner shall collect fees for the actual direct cost of providing brucellosis tags, identification tags, and health books distributed by the commissioner.

Fees collected under Section 36-01-08 must be deposited in the agriculture commissioner's operating fund and appropriated on a continuing basis to the state board of animal health to enforce the chapter.

Board may establish and charge fees for livestock certification and inspection services requested by producers and processors; all moneys received must be forwarded to the state treasurer for deposit in the agriculture commissioner's operating fund.

Fees collected by the commissioner under Section 36-01-33(3) for brucellosis tags, identification tags, and health books must be deposited in the commissioner's operating fund and appropriated on a continuing basis to the board to enforce the chapter.
