Amends section 37-01-01 of the North Dakota Century Code to reorganize and renumber military-related definitions.

Adds "space force" to the definition of "armed forces," which previously included only army, marine corps, navy, air force, and coast guard.

Adds new definitions for "adjutant general coin" and "disaster response coin" related to commemorative coins and medallions.

Adds a new definition for "uniformed services" that includes the armed forces, national oceanic and atmospheric administration commissioned officer corps, and the commissioned corps of the United States public health service.

Renumbers all existing definitions from 1-12 to maintain consistency with the additions, with no substantive changes to the meaning of existing military definitions.
