Legislative management shall conduct a study during the 2023-24 interim on the impact of the North Dakota high school activities association on students.

Study may review the board makeup, association bylaws and policies including eligibility and transfer rules, and the state's role in the association's quasi-governmental function.

Legislative management must report findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the sixty-ninth legislative assembly.
