Expands the definition of "milk" to include lacteal secretions from healthy hooved mammals beyond cattle, including water buffalo, sheep, goats, yaks, deer, reindeer, moose, horses, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, and camels.

Modifies the definition of "dairy product" to apply to products derived from milk of any healthy four-legged hooved mammal rather than limiting it to cattle.

Updates the definition of "producer" to include persons engaged in production of milk from any four-legged mammal for commercial use, instead of only cattle.

Clarifies that "dairy animal" means any healthy four-legged hooved mammal maintained for commercial milk production.

Makes consistent revisions across three sections of the North Dakota Century Code (4.1-05-01, 4.1-25-01, and 4.1-26-01) to reflect the expanded definition of milk and related dairy terminology.
