Amends subsection 9 of section 44-04-18.7 of the North Dakota Century Code to clarify that body camera and similar device images taken in private places are exempt records.

Removes the previous language limiting the exemption to images taken "by a law enforcement officer or a firefighter" and expands it to include images taken by similar devices.

Images captured by body cameras or similar devices in private places are classified as exempt from public disclosure under North Dakota records law.
