School districts must record regular or special board meetings upon request from a district resident, with requests submitted no later than seven days before the meeting.

School districts shall publish a link to meeting recordings on their website and maintain access for no fewer than three months from seven days after the meeting.

Recording and archiving requirements do not apply to executive sessions or work sessions held as part of regular or special meetings.

School districts providing livestreams of board meetings must notify the public of the location of the link to access the livestream.
