Extends the sunset date for the mental health and suicide prevention simulation-based training program from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.

Requires the Department of Human Services to provide evidence-based online virtual mental health and suicide prevention simulation-based training resources to behavioral health resource coordinators at public schools and designated individuals at nonpublic schools.

Training program must incorporate hands-on practice, contextual learning, and personalized feedback through interactive role-playing.

Exempts the online virtual training program from provisions of chapter 54-44.4 (regulatory review requirements).

Creates two versions of the law effective at different dates: one through June 30, 2027 and one after that date with simplified resource provisions.
