Creates a new crime for organizing adult-oriented performances on public property or at business establishments frequented by minors, with penalties of class A misdemeanor for first offense and class C felony for second or subsequent offense.

Defines "adult-oriented performance" as a performance intended to appeal to prurient interest featuring purposeful exposure of genitals, pubic region, buttocks, female breasts below the areola, prosthetic genitalia/breasts/buttocks, or sexual conduct.

Establishes state-wide uniform regulation of adult-oriented performances by prohibiting political subdivisions from enacting or enforcing ordinances regulating or controlling such performances, except those authorized by specific statute sections.

Passed the House with a vote of 76-14 and the Senate with a vote of 44-3 during the 2023 regular session.
