Designates the overpass on United States highway 281 between twenty-fourth street southwest and twentieth street southwest in Jamestown as the "hidden wounds veterans overpass"

Requires the department to place signs along the highway designating the overpass by the veterans-themed name

Authorizes the department to accept donations of appropriate signs or funds from the public for placement of designation signs

Appropriates any donated funds to the department on a continuing basis for the purpose of providing and maintaining the overpass designation signs

Passed with overwhelming bipartisan support: House vote 93-0 (1 absent), Senate vote 47-0
