Electronic pollbooks must be downloaded to all computers or machines used by poll clerks the day before the election and disconnected from all internet or cell networks on election day to ensure integrity.

Qualified voters casting ballots on election day must be added to pollbooks after the polling place closes, and the electronic pollbook may only reconnect to networks after all ballots are counted.

Qualified electors may vote at only one precinct-based polling place or vote center within a county, with vote centers limited to no more than five precincts per center.

Absentee ballots postmarked six days before the election and received after election day must be tallied by the canvassing board, while ballots postmarked between five days before and election day must be set aside and counted during the canvassing board meeting.

The number of qualified electors voting according to the electronic pollbook must match the total number of ballots counted by the voting system.
