Amends North Dakota Century Code section 39-06.1-10 to modify how traffic violation points are recorded on driving records.

Violations with 2 or fewer points must be recorded separately and are not available to the public, rather than being entered on the public driving record.

Points from 2-or-fewer-point violations remain part of the driving record for purposes of point reduction under section 39-06.1-13 and for license suspension eligibility.

Driver license suspension still occurs when a licensee accumulates 12 or more total points based on the point schedule.

Director may receive and act on traffic offense convictions from federal, military, and tribal courts in North Dakota.
