North Dakota Supreme Court shall establish a uniform bail schedule for individuals in custody who have not yet appeared before district court for state offense violations.

Supreme Court must establish the schedule in cooperation with district courts and consider factors including public safety, offense severity, defendant appearance assurance, equal treatment, constitutional limits, and excessive bail prohibitions.

Supreme Court may adjust standard bail amounts as needed or upon request by district courts.

Uniform bail schedule must be implemented by August 1, 2024, with a report to legislative management due before September 1, 2024, detailing implementation and standard bail amounts for each state offense.
