Authorizes study of partnerships with private businesses and potential use of federal funds through Medicaid, Medicaid Expansion, and children's health insurance programs

Requires the Legislative Management to report findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the Sixty-ninth Legislative Assembly
