• Appropriates $365,489,721 in total funds to the Office of the Adjutant General for the biennium July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025, including $26,285,648 in general fund appropriations and $339,204,073 in special funds.

• Allocates $96,788,059 to the National Guard (including $20,524,046 for capital assets) and $268,701,662 to the Department of Emergency Services (including $220,119,598 for disaster costs).
