Creates chapter 32-49 of the North Dakota Century Code establishing the Uniform Civil Remedies for Unauthorized Disclosure of Intimate Images Act.

Establishes civil liability for intentional disclosure or threatened disclosure of private intimate images without consent if the defendant knew or acted with reckless disregard for whether the image was private, the depicted individual did not consent, and the individual was identifiable.

Allows prevailing plaintiffs to recover the greater of actual damages or statutory damages up to $10,000 per defendant, plus any monetary gains made by the defendant and exemplary damages, along with attorney's fees and injunctive relief.

Provides exceptions to liability for good faith disclosures by law enforcement, in legal proceedings, for medical education or treatment, when reporting unlawful conduct, related to matters of public concern, or reasonably intended to assist the depicted individual.

Establishes a 6-year statute of limitations for unauthorized disclosure actions and a 6-year limit for threat to disclose actions, with the limitation period for minors not beginning until they reach age 18.
