Amends North Dakota Century Code section 12.1-34-07 regarding costs for forensic medical examinations performed on alleged sexual conduct victims.

Prohibits health care facilities and professionals from charging alleged victims (or their parents/guardians in cases involving child victims) for acute forensic medical examinations or preliminary medical screening examinations, either directly or through third-party payers.

Requires the Attorney General, within legislative appropriations, to reimburse health care facilities and professionals for reasonable costs of performing medical screening and forensic examinations.

Expands Attorney General reimbursement to include forensic interviews conducted by accredited children's advocacy centers in the state that are not reimbursable by insurance, Medicaid, or crime victims compensation.

Prohibits evidence obtained during medical examinations from being used against alleged victims in prosecutions for separate offenses.
