Amends North Dakota Century Code section 19-24.1-01 to increase the maximum tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) limit for registered qualifying patients from 4,000 milligrams to 6,000 milligrams per thirty-day period.

The 6,000 milligram limit applies to cannabinoid concentrates and medical cannabinoid products, or the cumulative total of both combined.

Maintains existing purchase and possession limits for dried cannabis flowers in combustible form: 2.5 ounces per thirty days and 3 ounces at any time for standard patients.

Maintains existing enhanced allowable amounts for patients with enhanced registry identification cards: 6 ounces per thirty days and 7.5 ounces at any time.
