Creates a new exemption to North Dakota's public records law for information identifying minors in disciplinary proceedings before the Education Standards and Practices Board.

Exempts the following information from public disclosure: minor's name, date of birth, address, parent name, and images of minors obtained during disciplinary actions.

Applies exemption to records related to disciplinary actions involving the Education Standards and Practices Board.

Passed the Senate 46-0 and the House 92-1 during the 2023 legislative session.
