Permits organizations to sell raffle board numbered squares at uniform prices and allows sales to begin up to 30 days before the drawing date.

Requires licensed distributors to affix North Dakota gaming stamps to pull tabs, raffle boards, punchboards, sports pool boards, calcutta boards, and paddlewheel ticket card series at 35 cents per stamp.

Allocates 10 cents from each stamp sold (up to $36,000 per biennium) to the attorney general's operating fund to cover gaming stamp issuance and administration costs.

Exempts organizations that host events with raffle boards and only sell numbered squares on the day of the event from gaming stamp requirements.
