Exempts minors aged 14-15 from hour restrictions when employed in sports-attendant services at professional sporting events, allowing work outside normal limits of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (or 9 p.m. June 1-Labor Day).

Limits sports-attendant duties to pregame/postgame setup, supplying equipment during events, clearing field/court debris, providing ice and drinks to players, running errands for coaches and trainers, and storing equipment.

Maintains existing hour restrictions for 14-15 year-olds in other occupations: maximum 18 hours during school weeks, 3 hours on school days, 40 hours during non-school weeks, and 8 hours on non-school days.

Requires employers to post conspicuous notices showing required work hours, start and stop times, and meal periods for all minors employed.

Declares the act an emergency measure; passed Senate 46-0-1 and House 90-1-3.
