Requires all individual and group dental insurance policies issued or renewed after the bill's effective date to authorize insureds or beneficiaries to assign reimbursement directly to their dental service providers

Permits insurers to pay dental providers directly when authorized by the insured or beneficiary, using the same payment criteria and schedule as direct reimbursement to the insured

Applies to insurance policies issued or renewed on or after the effective date of the Act
