Amends North Dakota Century Code section 53-06.1-03 to allow sports pools conducted under a local permit to be conducted by another licensed organization at the same authorized site on the same day as the regular organization under specified conditions.

Permits sports pools to operate at the same location if the area is physically separated from where the regular organization's games are conducted, or if the regular organization requests suspension of its license or permit for that specific time of day with alcoholic beverage establishment approval.

Maintains existing restrictions on licensed organizations to not exceed twenty-five gaming sites unless granted a waiver by the attorney general, with waivers limited to five additional sites if no other licensed organization is interested.

Preserves age restrictions prohibiting persons under twenty-one years of age from playing pull tabs, punchboards, twenty-one, calcuttas, sports pools, paddlewheels, or poker, and individuals under eighteen from playing electronic quick shot bingo.
