Removes the third-trimester limitation on temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) benefits for pregnant women, making them eligible at any point during pregnancy.

Extends medical assistance coverage for pregnant women to 175% of the federal poverty level (increased from 162%) and expands postpartum coverage to a full 12-month period following the end of pregnancy.

Provides medical assistance benefits to otherwise eligible pregnant women who are lawfully present in the United States without asset consideration.
