Amends Section 50-11.1-02 of the North Dakota Century Code to revise definitions related to early childhood services, effective through June 30, 2025, with a subsequent version effective after that date.

Expands the definition of "self-declaration" to include individuals providing early childhood services in a private residence for up to five children through age eleven, with no more than three under age twenty-four months.

Changes the age range for "school-age children" from five to eleven years (instead of five through twelve years) in both versions of the definitions.

Modifies definitions related to family child care, group child care, school-age child care, and other early childhood program categories to align with updated operational parameters.

Passed with strong bipartisan support: 47-0 in the Senate and 91-1 in the House.
