Amends subsection 3 of section 53-06.1-11.1 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding eligible uses for charitable gaming net proceeds.

Prohibits charitable gaming proceeds from being used for erection, acquisition, property taxes, special assessments, improvement, maintenance, or repair of real property owned or leased by an organization.

Creates exception allowing real property-related expenses if the property is used exclusively for an eligible use or by a fraternal or veterans organization.

Passed by Senate 34-13 and House 86-7 during the 68th Legislative Assembly regular session beginning January 3, 2023.
