Amends section 39-10-21.1 of the North Dakota Century Code regarding road closures due to hazardous conditions.

Highway patrol or local law enforcement may temporarily close roads for public protection and safety, with reasonable attempts to notify the public and post official traffic-control devices when practical.

Prohibits individuals from knowingly entering or driving on a road that has been publicly announced as closed and is posted with appropriate traffic-control devices at the point of entry.

Changes the enforcement standard from requiring knowledge of a closed road to requiring that the closure be announced to the public and properly posted with traffic-control devices.
