Replaces language in Section 1-01-34 of the North Dakota Century Code that words of one gender include other genders with a definition that words referencing sex, gender identity, or gender expression mean an individual's determined sex at birth, male or female.

Requires words referring to individuals, persons, employers, employees, contestants, participants, members, students, or juveniles be used in the context of that person's sex as determined at birth.

Establishes that if sex, gender, gender identity, or gender expression is contested, determination is established by the individual's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA).

Applies the section to all policies, records, forms, rules, standards, procedures, guides, materials, instruction, training, correspondence, advertising, or marketing used by entities receiving state funding, including public schools, higher education institutions, and state agencies or offices.

Imposes a $1,500 fee on any person that violates this section.
