• Authorizes the board to adopt rules and standards for a predoctoral supervised psychological internship program in North Dakota

• Establishes the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, allowing psychologists licensed in one compact state to practice telepsychology across state lines without additional licensure in receiving states

• Permits temporary in-person, face-to-face psychological practice for up to 30 days per calendar year in other compact states through notification and verification of qualifications

• Creates the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission to administer the compact, promulgate uniform rules, maintain licensure and disciplinary databases, and enforce compliance across member states

• Requires psychologists practicing under the compact to hold valid graduate degrees in psychology, possess unrestricted licenses in home states, pass background checks, and maintain active credentials (e-passport or interjurisdictional practice certificate)
