Creates an exemption from public disclosure for descriptions of crime scene images that include a minor or a minor victim.

Modifies reporting requirements for peace officers to streamline language regarding investigation and prosecution of liquor, gambling, cigarette, snuff, pool hall, prostitution, white slave, and drug law violations.

Expands the definition of "attorney consultation" in open meeting laws to exempt statements made during executive sessions if they relate to the subject for which attorney consultation was established.

Requires public entities with websites to post meeting notices on their website in addition to other required posting locations.

Allows the Attorney General to decline issuing opinions on alleged open records or open meeting violations if the requesting person has made more than one request within 30 days or more than five requests within 12 months.
