Amends subsection 20 of section 65-01-02 of the North Dakota Century Code to modify the definition of hazardous employment.

Defines hazardous employment as any employment in which one or more employees are regularly employed in the same business or establishment, with specified exceptions.

Excludes agricultural or domestic service, common carrier railroad employment, and nonresident transportation on routes not exceeding seven miles within North Dakota.

Exempts clergy members and religious organization employees engaged in operating, maintaining, and conducting places of worship.

Exempts all employees of professional sports organizations engaged as professional athletes.
