Extends the Task Force on Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Children from September 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025, tasked with developing a comprehensive statewide prevention approach.

Task force membership includes legislators, state agency directors, representatives from children's advocacy centers, domestic violence organizations, law enforcement, schools, faith-based communities, and other appropriate organizations.

Task force shall focus on increasing child sexual abuse prevention education, improving interagency data sharing, supporting investigations and prosecutions, increasing trauma-informed services, and implementing recommendations from the most recent final report.

Task force recommendations may include statutory changes, awareness education proposals, training for school personnel, parent education materials, and counseling resources for affected students.

Task force must submit biennial reports before July 1 of each even-numbered year and a final report before July 1, 2025 to the legislative management and governor.
